^Eligible Audi Approved :plus vehicles are vehicles which are not older than 8 years of age (from the date of first registration or delivery of the vehicle to the original retail customer, whichever comes first), have not travelled more than 150,000 kms and have passed the 115 point pre-check.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits of this warranty is in addition to any other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to your eligible Audi Approved :plus vehicle.
